It is located on a flat pedestrian area parallel to the beautiful golden beaches which leads to the 5-Star Don Carlos Hotel and the famous Nikki Beach Club all within 15 minutes walk to the west. On the east side you have the beautiful port of Cabopino. Supermarkets are within walking distance as well. It has at least 5 Chringuitos (Beach Restaurants) laden along the way, an extremely popular area for the Spanish people. The old town of Marbella (Orange Square) is only 15 minutes drive and Malaga Airport 25 minutes .
This charming south facing villa is only 70 metres walk to the beach and consists of a green mature garden with a mixture of plants and palm trees all in 1000 sq metres of private land. The over ground pool is excellent for the safety of children, there are also 2 hammocks within the garden area for your comfort. The villa is well equipped and comfortable and has a large sun terrace. It consists of a dining area, seating for 8 people and is fitted with a built in barbeque and casual seating. It has a solarium roof terrace looking out to the sea and the far reaching views of the mountains, with table and chairs, which is also great for sunbathing . The driveway will fit 3 cars and is enclosed by a remote controlled gate.
Living Area: The lower living area has 2 large leather comfortable sofas and a large BO Concept
sofa that can be used as a double bed. There is a large plasma TV on the wall, Sky Satellite TV, DVD player , Radio and CD player available. There is also a Scandinavian log burning fireplace. Wooden flooring throughout the entire villa gives a warm and luxurious feeling. The two large double glazed patio doors give fantastic day light and brightness to both the living area and dining area.
Dining Area: There is a separate indoor large dining table adjacent to the kitchen that seats 8 people comfortably.
Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen includes fridge/freezer, a dish washer, microwave, vitro ceramic cooker, fan and convention oven. There are sufficient cookware, cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery for 8. The large open window style breakfast bar, seats 2 and includes 2 leather bar stools.
Bedrooms: Master bedroom is en suite with a double bed. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have twin beds. All bedrooms are fully fitted with wardrobes, ceiling fans and decorated in bright and fresh contemporary finishes.
Bathrooms: En suite bathroom to the master bedroom and 2nd bedroom are fitted with a large bath and walk in shower, WC and large sink. There is plenty of shelving and cupboard space.
Entrance: The entrance door to the villa is situated at the side of the house, with the driveway leading directly to the entrance door. Upon entry there is a large hallway and Japanese style wardrobe for all outer wear. The villa is also fully alarmed and secured with lighting around the building.
Cleaning/
Towels & Linen: Towels and linen are changed once a week and a full cleaning service is provided at check in and check out. Additional cleaning service is available at extra charge. A vacuum cleaner and cleaning equipment is also available.
